Cassidy Hutchinson
Washington, July 29 (RHC)-- A former top adviser to U.S. President Donald Trump’s chief of staff has recently cooperated with the Department of Justice investigation into the events of January 6 last year.
According a report on ABC News, which broke the story of Cassidy Hutchinson’s cooperation, the Justice Department signaled it’s investigating Trump as part of its criminal probe into efforts to overturn the 2020 election.
Also, the U.S. Justice Department said it has obtained warrants to search the phone of Trump lawyer John Eastman. Eastman was among speakers at the infamous rally near the White House on January 6th where Trump encouraged his supporters to march on the Capitol — even though he knew many were armed.
