Havana, February 17 (RHC) – The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia-People' Army (FARC-EP) has issued a report on the progress of peace negotiations in Havana with the government of President Juan Manuel Santos.
In the report, the rebel group describes the negotiations process as positive, in particular the discussions concerning disarmament and combating para-militarism.
