Havana, March 3 (RHC)-- The delegation of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia-People's Army (FARC-EP) said in Havana it hopes to sign a protocol with the Colombian government this year to end the war.
Through a Communique, FARC-EP voiced its commitment and political decision to advance the negotiations and sign a final agreement marking the end of the armed conflict and the implementation of arrangements of the peace negotiations like the cease-fire, handing in weapons, and dismantling paramilitarism.
