Havana, June 17 (RHC)-- Governments and political leaders all over the world have condemned President Donald Trump's new anti-Cuba measures, aimed at further tightening Washington's nearly six decade-old blockade policy against the Caribbean state.

Bolivian President Evo Morales expressed his country's solidarity with the Cuban government and people, lashing out at Trump's decision to reverse the agreements signed over the past two years between the Barack Obama Administration and Cuban authorities.

Writing on his twitter account, President Morales condemned Trump's aggressive rhetoric and pledged the Andean nation's full, unconditional support for Cuba.

The Russian Foreign Ministry said Trump's anti-Cuba speech comes as no surprise, arguing that a main characteristic of the United States has been its non-stop interference in the internal affairs of other sovereign nations.

Meanwhile, social movements and solidarity groups in El Salvador strongly criticized Trump's anti-Cuba speech in Miami, describing it as a set back in the process begun in 2014 by both Washington and Havana toward improved, mutually beneficial relations.
