Havana, Cuba, Apr 2 (RHC) Entrepreneurs of the state of Rio Grande del Sur, in Brazil, showed interest in commercializing natural biological products developed in Cuba by the Labiofam business group.
In a recent visit to the island, Andreia Nunez Sa Brito, one of the Brazilian business executives, told ACN that the exchanges held with Cuban specialists were very useful, as a result of which two cooperation agreements were signed.
She pointed out that, previously, four Labiofam experts had visited Brazil for a month to define the assessment, research and production of means to control diseases.
Also dealt with was the aspect of how to work jointly to explore cooperation possibilities in other areas, including the struggle against pests and the preparation of vaccines, sectors in which Labiofam is a leader.
At present, this Cuban center creates veterinary medicines, viral and bacterial vaccines, diagnostic means, biological pesticides, food, and industrial and personal hygiene products, among other items.
