Havana, Sep 20 (RHC) Vaccination in Cuba against Covid-19 is unstoppable, President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez reaffirmed on Monday, stressing that "the need to achieve sovereignty in all areas has never been more evident".
Data published by the Ministry of Public Health (Minsap) indicate that by the end of September 18, a total of 18,126,208 doses of the Cuban vaccines Soberana 02, Soberana Plus and Abdala had been administered in the country.
To date, according to the note, 8,200,250 people have received at least one dose of one of the Cuban vaccines, of which 5,406,727 have already received a second dose and 4,507,757 a third dose. As a single dose of the Soberana Plus vaccine, 11 474 doses have been administered.
