Cuba appreciates worldwide support in its struggle for sovereignty
Havana, Oct 11 (RHC) The Secretary of Organization of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, Roberto Morales thanked the people of the world who accompany the Revolution in the struggle for our sovereignty.
On his Twitter account, the official expressed gratitude to those who defend socialism and the Caribbean island's battle against the U.S. blockade.
On the occasion of the World Day of Solidarity with Cuba, nations from all continents also denounced the destabilizing actions of Joseph Biden's administration against the Caribbean Island.
They also show that Cuba is not alone and it will not be alone in its 60-year struggle against Washington's hostile policies.
On the occasion of the actions during the Day for Peace and against the Blockade, the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples (ICAP) recognized all the friends of Cuba in the world for their unconditional support and the continuous and tireless struggle to lift this genocidal policy.
The World Day of Solidarity with Cuba was agreed upon at the First World Meeting of Solidarity held in Havana in 1994, as a tribute to the beginning of the struggles for the independence of the Caribbean country, on October 10, 1868. (Source: PL)
