The housing fund was one of the most affected in western Cuba.
Havana, Nov 14 (RHC) The Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation announced Monday that it has sent a humanitarian shipment to Cuba.
In a statement, the agency said that on Saturday a shipment left its warehouse in Panama, by sea, to help the island with necessities for the populations most affected by Hurricane Ian.
This Spanish State Agency explained that this new contribution complements the appeal of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in the first moments of the emergency, after the passage of the hurricane.
The humanitarian shipment includes hygiene and kitchen kits, sets of sheets, water cans, zinc sheets for roofing, and plastic tarpaulins, which will be distributed by the Provincial Government of Pinar del Río to the most affected families. (Source: Radio Reloj)
