Havana, Jan 10 (RHC) The enrichment of the main arms manufacturing companies in the world and its negative consequences for peace on the planet were denounced Tuesday by Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez.

On his Twitter account, the foreign minister warned that according to international press reports, "the value of the 10 arms companies with the highest sales in the world, five of them American, increased by 18.1 percent in 2022 compared to 2021."

According to the Mexican newspaper La Jornada, that percentage represents close to 98 billion dollars, a piece of information alluded to by the Cuban head of state.
