Santo Domingo, Feb 9 (RHC) Cuba's Raúl Roa Higher Institute of International Relations and the Dominican Institute of Higher Education in Diplomatic and Consular Training (INESDYC) signed an agreement that will allow exchanges between the two institutions.
The document was signed at the INESDYC headquarters in Santo Domingo by the rectors of ISRI, Rogelio Sierra, and of the Dominican Institute, José Rafael Espaillat, with the participation of the Cuban ambassador in the country, Milagros Carina Soto, among other officials.
The Collaboration Agreement will allow the exchange of experiences between the parties in multilateral negotiations, innovation, and research in the social sciences, as well as sharing of publications and scientific information.
During the event, Mr. Sierra expressed his satisfaction at signing the agreement, which will enable relations between the two Academies to move forward in several areas.
For his part, Espaillat said that this meeting was important for the Dominican Institute because we see a very promising potential and "we must take advantage of these experiences". (Source: Prensa Latina).
