Bolivia and Cuba hold political consultation meeting
Havana, Nov 30 (RHC) Bolivia and Cuba held the 8th meeting of the Political Consultation Mechanism between their Ministries of Foreign Affairs.
The Cuban delegation was chaired by Vice Minister Josefina Vidal, while the Bolivian part by Acting Vice Minister Marissa Castro.
The meeting addressed a broad agenda that included the current state of bilateral relations, economic-commercial and cooperation ties, and multilateral and regional issues of common interest.
It also addressed the development of relations in recent years, among them high-level exchanges and the implementation of cooperation in areas of mutual interest such as agri-food, public health, the environment, culture and sport.
The Cuban delegation reiterated its gratitude for the firm support of the Plurinational State regarding the global condemnation of the US economic, commercial and financial blockade, and the demand for the immediate exclusion of Cuba from the list of countries that supposedly sponsor terrorism.
