Havana, February 19 (RHC)-- The First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba and President of the Republic Miguel Díaz-Canel held talks on Monday afternoon with Russian Foreign Minister Serguéi Lavrov.
"I received the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, to whom I conveyed my warm greetings to President Vladimir Putin. We exchanged on the revitalisation of bilateral relations on issues of common interest and on relevant issues on the international agenda".
