Havana, March 1 (RHC)-- Heinz Fischer, Federal President of the Republic of Austria, arrives in Cuba Tuesday for an official visit, during which he will hold talks with President Raúl Castro and with other Cuban authorities.
The Austrian president is accompanied by a large delegation, made up of Justice Minister Wolfgang Brandstetter, Christoph Matznetter, Vice-President of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber and a group of business executives, representing several sectors.
During his stay, President Heinz Fischer is also scheduled to give a conference at the University of Havana on Austria's role within the European Union.
