Tegucigalpa, November 28 (RHC)-- In Honduras, Ramiro Lobo, a substitute judge on the Supreme Electoral Tribunal, has stated that the "tendency" of electoral results favoring Salvador Nasralla's presidential campaign is "irreversible." 

The remarks came following a lengthy delay by the tribunal to release initial results of the controversial election. 

According to the TSE the preliminary results are: Salvador Nasralla with 855,847, leads with 45.17 percent followed by Juan Orlando Hernandez with 761,872 or 40.21 percent and Luis Zelaya with 260,994 or 13.77 percent with 57 percent of the ballots counted. 

Meanwhile, the third place candidate from the Liberal Party acknowledged Nasralla's victory.  "Salvador Nasralla won and this should be accepted," Liberal Party candidate Luis Zelaya said Monday evening. 

Election observers urged calm, stressing that more votes needed to be counted. 

Millions of Hondurans cast their votes to elect a new president and 128 members of the National Congress in polls across the country on Sunday.
