La Paz, November 11 (RHC)-- It is being reported by social media in Bolivia that the Commander in Chief of Bolivia's armed forces has announced that the military will deploy joint operations with the police using what he calls "proportional force."
The joint operations will be launched to "contain" protestors that are now rallying against the forced resignation of Evo Morales.
