Russia will respond symmetrically to the expulsion of its diplomats from Germany

Havana, April 22 (RHC) - Germany has decided to carry out a mass expulsion of Russian diplomats, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Saturday and specified that Moscow will respond to the measure symmetrically.

According to the Ministry, as a reaction to "the hostile actions of Berlin", the Russian authorities made the decision to "mirror" expulsion of German diplomats, as well as significantly limit the maximum number of staff of German diplomatic missions in the country.

The Russian government has also reproached the German for its alleged indiscretions, since it would have breached "guarantees" not to make public the measures adopted by using the media with "controlled leaks" of information. (Source: RT)
