Palm Beach, April 24 (RHC)-- Far-right Israeli minister Itamar Ben-Gvir claims senior U.S. Republicans have supported his call to bomb food storage facilities in the Gaza Strip.
During a meeting with prominent Republican Party members at President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida, Ben-Gvir stated that Tel Aviv needs to begin bombing “the food and aid warehouses” in Gaza.
“This is the way to create military and political pressure (on Hamas) to bring our hostages home safely,” he said in a message on X.
Ben-Gvir added that the Republicans “expressed support for my clear stance on how action should be taken in Gaza—that food and aid depots should be bombed to create military and political pressure to bring our hostages home.” Republican House Majority Whip Tom Emmer was among the attendees.
