Brasilia, October 29 (PL-RHC)-- José Carlos Araújo, Leader of the Ethics Commission of the House of Representatives, announced on Thursday the process against the Commission's President Eduardo Cunha for lack of decorum will begin next Tuesday.

After receiving the document requesting the end of Cunha's mandate, Araujo said that there will be a meeting on November 3rd to choose the rapporteur.

Deputy Chico Alencar, from the Party of Socialism and Liberty (PSOL), requested on October 13th the resignation of the parliament leader for hiding the existence of bank accounts in Switzerland, with undeclared money given to the Superior Court of Electoral Justice when he presented his candidacy in 2014.

Cunha denies the accusations although Brazilian Attorney's Office confirmed receiving evidence from the Swiss justice about the accounts.
