Havana, May 4 (RHC)-- Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez received Mexican Undersecretary of State for Latin America and the Caribbean Maximiliano Reyes Zúñiga, who is leading his country’s delegation at the 13th Meeting on Migration and Consular Affairs underway here in Havana.
During the exchange, the two senior diplomats reviewed the state of bilateral relations and expressed both governments’ determination to further advance bilateral ties. They also touched on issues on the regional and international agenda.
