La Paz, April 15 (RHC) – Bolivian Health Minister Juan Carlos Calvimontes presented the Cuban cancer medication known as VIDATOX 30 CH, a homeopathic medication developed by the Havana-based Labiofam Pharmaceutical Laboratories.
 
The product prevents cancer patients from suffering undesirable symptoms caused by radiation and different drugs used to treat the disease.
 
Patients who are being administered chemo- or radio- therapy suffer from a deteriorating impact by these treatments, while the Cuban medication helps solve this problem in particular, Calvimontes explained and said that the pharmaceutical will be in the hands of Bolivian doctors for its administration.
 
The homeopathic medication was developed from the active constituent of Cuban scorpion venom, which was traditionally used to counter pain, swelling and cancerous tumors.
