Havana, November 18 (RHC)-- Cuban Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Rogelio Sierra Díaz concluded an official visit to Saint Kitts and Nevis over the weekend.
The island was the second leg of his tour of Caribbean nations.
Sierra held talks with prominent political figures in the country and had a meeting with members of the Cuban medical brigade.
In remarks to the press, the diplomat said that Cuba and St. Kitts and Nevis enjoy long-standing relations based on the existing cooperation between the two countries.
On his arrival in Basseterre, the capital, the Cuban deputy foreign minister paid tribute to national heroes, accompanied by government authorities, reported Prensa Latina.
On his Twitter account, the diplomat highlighted that Cuba prioritizes strengthening cooperation with Caribbean nations.
