Havana, April 19 (RHC) -- Cuban Revolution leader Fidel Castro cast his ballot in the island’s mid-term election held this Sunday.
His ballot was delivered at voting station Number 1 in the Havana municipality of Plaza de la Revolución.
As ordered by law, those who are unable to reach voting stations to exercise their voting rights are visited at home by a member of the neighbourhood’s electoral board to collect their vote.
After this procedure, Fidel’s ballot was delivered at noon on Sunday, and deposited inside the ballot box.
