Havana, June 15 (RHC) The Federation of Cuban Women -FMC- on Thursday congratulated the Latin American news agency Prensa Latina on the 64th anniversary of its creation this June 16.
In its Facebook profile, the national secretariat of the FMC extended the recognition of the women of the Caribbean island to the director of the media, Luis Enrique González, the board of directors and all its correspondents in different latitudes of the world.
Prensa Latina broadcasts close to 400 daily dispatches in six languages and is one of the media with the largest news production in Latin America and the Caribbean.
It has offices in almost 40 countries in all continents, transmits materials in radio, television, photography and digital format and also publishes printed publications, among them the weekly Orbe, the magazine Cuba Internacional and The Havana Reporter (Source: Prensa Latina).
