Caracas, July 27 (RHC)-- Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro urged this Tuesday the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) to remain forewarned in the face of the imminent danger to the peace of the nation, in the face of terrorist threats orchestrated by the Colombian oligarchy from Bogota.
During the ceremony of the Command Transmittal of the Bolivarian Army and Bolivarian Military Aviation Components, the head of state warned about conspiracies with terrorists and traitors born in Venezuela to destabilize the Bolivarian homeland; stressing the need to neutralize, defeat and prosecute these criminals.
"The entire intelligence, counterintelligence and security police system is on alert, because we are doing everything for the peace of Venezuela, for the right to happiness, tranquility and prosperity in these times of recovery and growth that our beloved Venezuela is experiencing", said the President.
At the same time, President Maduro added that in order to guarantee the national stability achieved thanks to the strategies implemented by the National Executive in favor of the Venezuelan people, it is essential to be alert to the possibility of any terrorist attack.
On the commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the meeting between the liberator Simón Bolívar and José de San Martín, President Nicolás Mauro led the act of Transmission of Command of the Bolivarian Navy and Bolivarian Military Aviation Components.
"The Bolivarian Revolution has shaped a powerful combative morale, a powerful patriotic morale of a powerful Bolivarian National Armed Force," the Bolivarian leader stressed.
According to the entity, this is an important event for the strengthening of the FANB in its institutional capacity of command, in its capacity of action for the integral defense of the Venezuelan people.
"This act is to tell Generals José de San Martín and Simón Bolívar that the people and the Armed Forces that carry the banner of freedom are standing up in Venezuela, more united than ever and fighting for the future they dreamed of", stated the agency.
