Ottawa, January 23 (RHC)-- At least five people have been killed and two others seriously wounded in a shooting at a school in western Canada. The deadly incident occurred in the aboriginal community of La Loche in the northwestern part of the province of Saskatchewan. “I’m not 100 percent sure what’s actually happened but it started at home and ended at the school,” La Loche Acting Mayor Kevin Janvier said, adding that the young assailant walked in and “opened fire in the building.” Following the incident, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau expressed his “sympathy and support” for the family of the victims and thanked the first responders to the incident, who “acted swiftly and bravely.”
