Havana, September 15 (RHC)-- Families who took in their neighbors during Hurricane Irma have received the recognition of the Committees of the Defense of the Revolution (CDR).
According to CDR authorities, the interaction in neighborhoods in many areas demonstrated the exceptional unity of the Cuban people.
Families in the northern municipalities of the province of Ciego de Ávila are still helping their neighbors and this will continue in all the communities affected by Irma, from Holguin to Artemisa.
