Havana, October 7 (RHC)— The Cuban Trade Union Federation (CTC) will be the venue this Thursday of the African Continental Virtual Meeting of Solidarity with Cuba.

It will be broadcast live from the Facebook page and YouTube channel @siempreconcuba, with the participation of Esteban Lazo Hernández, President of the National Assembly of People's Power, Fernando González Llort, President of the Cuban Institute of Solidarity with the Peoples, among others.

Sam Nujoma, the historic leader of SWAPO, and Joaquim Chissano, former president of Mozambique, will send messages on the African side.

The African Continental Virtual Meeting of Solidarity with Cuba responds to the demand of the peoples of that country that  acknowledges Cuba as a meeting point for dialogue on solidarity.
