Havana, Jan 17 (RHC) Leaders of women's organizations in China and Cuba discussed Tuesday, via videoconference, the work of both sides in favor of the inclusion and protection of women in all sectors of society.
The president of the All-China Women's Federation, Shen Yueyue, and the secretary general of the Federation of Cuban Women, Teresa Amarelle, analyzed and discussed the issue.
Representatives of the embassy of the Caribbean country in Beijing affirmed that the meeting proved the priority given by the two nations to the full realization of women's rights, a relevant aspect in the respect and defense of human rights.
