Cuba ratifies will to strengthen relations with Madagascar
Havana, April 11 (RHC) - Cuba expressed this Tuesday its willingness to strengthen ties of friendship and cooperation with Madagascar.
The ties with the Malagasy Government and people are ratified on this day, in order to commemorate the 49th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
Cuba appreciates the support of Madagascar in the fight to lift the economic, commercial and financial blockade that the United States has maintained against the Cuban people for more than 60 years. Madagascar demands, with its vote in favor of the United Nations resolutions, that the siege of the Antillean island cease. (Source: Prensa Latina)
