Rzayev attended the ceremony at the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the People for the 106th anniversary of Azerbaijan's independence
Havana, May 25 (RHC) The Azeri ambassador in Havana, Ruslan Rzayev, affirmed that Cuba and Azerbaijan maintain good prospects for cooperation, including in medical services.
After attending the ceremony at the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the People (ICAP), for the 106th anniversary of his nation's independence, Rzayev commented that there are areas open to mutually advantageous cooperation, such as health.
He also pointed out that there is good potential to strengthen trade relations through triangular cooperation projects between Cuba, Azerbaijan and a third country.
According to the diplomat, there is a need to explore more possibilities in agriculture, telecommunications, and sports.
When referring to the regional situation around his country, he indicated that Azerbaijan promotes an agenda of peace in the Caucasus and dialogue that they maintain permanently with Armenia to achieve the signing of a peace treaty. He added that this will contribute to the development of the region so that all neighboring countries march together in their development. (Source: PL)
