Havana, November 21 (RHC) -– The Cuban Association of Professors expressed its solidarity with the relatives of the 43 students disappeared in September, in Mexico.
In statements to Prensa Latina news agency, Association member Jorge Fiallo expressed the deep concern of Cuban professors and teachers for the tragic event.
Fiallo, who is also the general secretary of the International Association of Latin American and Caribbean Education Workers, extended the gesture of solidarity to the Mexican people and their professors and teachers, since he recalled that the students were taking courses to become educators.
