Havana, June 5 (RHC) -- The 2nd International Conference New Scenarios of Political Communications opens today in the Cuban capital with the participation of experts from over 30 countries and multilateral organizations.
The event, sponsored by the Cuban Foreign Ministry, is organized around the debates of the latest World Summit of Information Society and will deal specifically with technological development and its impact on the system of international relations.
Cultural and technological sovereignty, cyber-security, Internet governance, cyber-crime and International Law are among the topics on the agenda of the meeting, which convenes until Sunday with the participation of some 200 national and international delegates at Havana's Conference Center.
