Havana, November 12 (RHC)-- Cuban President Raul Castro has met with the President of Chile's Partido Progresista Party, Marco Enriquez-Ominami, and with the general secretary of that political organization, Pedro Abarca, who are paying a visit to Cuba.

According to this morning's edition of Granma newspaper, Raul Castro and the Chilean political leaders addressed the positive relations between the two nations, the current regional reality, the advancement of the Latin American and Caribbean integration process and international issues.

Present at the talks Wednesday evening were the members of the Politbureau of Cuba's Communist Party; Miguel Diaz-Canel and Bruno Rodriguez, First Vice President and Foreign Minister, respectively.
