Guantánamo, November 26 (RHC)-- The 4th Seminar for Peace and the Elimination of Foreign Military Bases concluded in the eastern province of Guantánamo with a call on peoples around the world to mobilize and defend peace against the imminent threat of a Third World War.

In the event's final declaration, the more than 200 delegates also condemned the warmongering, hegemony policies of a handful of powerful nations, and Washington's interference in the internal affairs of other countries, aimed at advancing U.S. interests.

Delegates also demanded the lifting of the U.S. blockade of Cuba and the return of the portion of Cuban territory in Guantánamo illegally occupied by the U.S. Naval Base.
